Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 October 2026
Chai Please! does not require an account and includes no ads or third-party analytics. Game progress and settings are stored locally. Optional Chai Pass purchases use Apple services on iOS. Android includes free Delhi and Endless Delhi, without payments or purchase restoration; Mumbai and Chai Pass are planned for a later update. Game Center is available on iOS only, as described below.
Chai Please! was previously named Chai Rush. The game is available on iPhone, iPad and Android. The Android-specific statements below apply to the released Android edition.
Game data on your device
The game saves your Day, scores, upgrades, customer bonds, and preferences locally on your device so play can continue after you close the app. We do not receive this save file. Gameplay events used to update the current shift stay in the app; development builds may print diagnostic events locally while being tested.
Data collection and sharing
The current app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, or advertising identifier. It does not create an account, send gameplay analytics to us, or share your game data with advertisers. Apple and Google's store, device backup, and optional diagnostic services are governed by their respective settings and privacy terms. The Android build is configured to disable automatic app-data backup.
Chai Pass and Game Center
On iOS, Chai Pass is an optional one-time, permanent, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. It unlocks five Mumbai shifts, Endless Mumbai, vada pav, vendors Neil and Maya, and the Harbour Blue cup style. All future cities and content are included when released, at no extra charge. Apple displays the price in the storefront's local currency before purchase. The iOS app uses transaction identifiers and entitlement information provided by Apple to verify purchases, unlock purchased content and restore access. These purchase details are not sent to a server operated by us. We do not receive your payment card details or operate a purchase server.
The first Android release has no purchase, purchase-restoration or paid Mumbai access. Planned Google Play payments are not part of that release. Before payments are enabled in a later Android update, this policy and the relevant Google Play Data safety disclosures will be reviewed and updated to describe the actual implementation.
If you use Game Center, the app sends eligible Endless Delhi scores to Apple's Game Center leaderboard. Apple manages Game Center sign-in, player identity and leaderboard display under its privacy terms and your Game Center settings. You can play the free game without signing in to Game Center.
Apple's services are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. Google's store services are covered by Google's Privacy Policy. Existing iOS purchases belong to the Apple Account used for purchase and do not unlock the Android edition.
